Annealing & Pickling Stainless Steel Bar SUS347 Round Bar
SS 347 / 347H High Temperature Austenitic Stainless Steel Pipe with UNS S34700 DIN 1.4550 for boiler tube applications. A312 TP347 material is stabilized against chromium carbide formation by the addition of columbium and tantalum. 347 Stainless Steel Pipe is a non-magnetic alloy that offers higher creep and stress rupture properties than SS 304. This material performs better in strongly oxidizing environments up to 1500°F (816°C) and is suitable for use in nitric solutions, most diluted organic acids at moderate temperatures, and in pure phosphoric acid applications.

Applications
SS 347 tubes are used in offshore drilling oil and gas industries, petrochemical industries, construction line, gas processing, equipment in food processing business, recuperators, refining petroleum, power generation, pharmaceutical equipment, chemical equipment, pulp and paper industries, condensers, heat exchangers, and sea water equipment. SS 347 has excellent general corrosion resistance and shows great resistance in strong oxidizing circumstances. This material is quite ductile and forms without difficulty, and can be easily welded using most standard processes.

Chemical Composition: Sulfur 0.03, Chromium 17.00 min.-19.00 max., Phosphorus 0.045, Silicon 0.75, Nickel 9.00 min.-13.00 max., Columbium & Tantalum 10 x (C + N) min.-1.00 max., Manganese 2.00, Carbon 0.08 and Iron balance. Density: 7.96 g/cm3 (0.288 lbs/in3). Melting Range: 1398 - 1446 °C (2550 - 2635 °F). Rupture Strength: 5510 - 5660 psi (38 - 39 MPa).
