Heat Treatment Assurance
Our facility utilizes a fully-automatic natural gas furnace measuring 24 meters in length, maintaining precise temperature control within 10ºC tolerance.
Note: It is recommended that the tempering temperature should be at least 100°F [50°C] above the intended service temperature. Please advise if service temperature exceeds 1100°F [600°C]. Pipes of Grades P1, P2, and P12 may be given final heat treatment at 1200°F [650°C] to 1300°F [705°C]. All Grade P5c pipes receive final heat treatment between 1325°F [715°C] to 1375°F [745°C].
Quality Assurance
- Each lot of raw materials undergoes spectrometer testing before storage
- 100% PMI (Positive Material Identification) of mother pipe to ensure correct material
- 100% PMI of finished pipe to verify correct grade production
