Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Also known as color plate, PPGI is manufactured using cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as base materials. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, the coating is applied continuously using the roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling processes.
Benefits include lightweight construction, attractive appearance, excellent anti-corrosion performance, and direct processing capability. Widely used in construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, electrical industries, and more, providing efficient steel-for-wood substitution, energy savings, and pollution prevention.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Galvanized sheet features a zinc-coated surface, providing economical and effective rust prevention. Approximately half of the world's zinc production is used in this galvanization process.
Surface specifications include various states such as regular spangle, small spangle, and big spangles. All products maintain excellent appearance standards, free from defects including no plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, and white rust.
Galvalume Steel Coil
Galvalume steel sheet consists of an aluminized zinc alloy structure composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C. The structure forms a dense tetrad junction crystal of aluminized iron, silicon, and zinc.
Offers superior corrosion resistance (3 times that of pure galvanized sheet) with decorative zinc flower patterns ideal for building exterior panels. Excellent heat resistance withstands temperatures over 300°C, making it suitable for chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, and solar lampshades.
