CuZn37 Brass Bar Material Description
CuZn37 brass features a homogeneous single-phase structure, although it may contain traces of phase under certain cooling conditions. The phase is particularly malleable when cold, enabling strong deformation through stamping or rolling processes. CuZn37 is frequently used for stamping applications and ranks among the best brass types for polishing.
The stirring of CuZn37 brass is relatively simple, though welding presents challenges similar to most brass types due to insufficient steam pressure.
