UNS C12000 is a copper alloy composed of copper, iron, and manganese with excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and superior machinability. This versatile material is relatively easy to weld, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
C120 Copper Composition
UNS C12000 contains 99% copper with small amounts of iron (0.4%) and manganese (0.2%). The alloy offers excellent mechanical properties with tensile strength ranging from 25 ksi to 35 ksi and yield strength from 15 ksi to 25 ksi after cold working. Electrical conductivity is relatively high at 17-21% IACS.

C120 Copper Chemical Properties
UNS C12000 offers excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, superior formability, and corrosion resistance.
