Material Description
C11000 copper bar offers excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and processing properties. It can be welded and brazed effectively. With low impurity content that minimally affects conductivity, this material provides reliable performance, though it may be susceptible to "hydrogen disease" during high-temperature processing above 370°C.

Product Introduction
Copper bars are non-ferrous metal processing bars known for excellent processing performance and high conductivity. They are primarily categorized as:
- Brass Rods: Copper-zinc alloys with yellow coloration, melting points of 934-967°C, offering good mechanical properties and wear resistance. Used in precision instruments, ship parts, gun casings, automotive synchronizer gear rings, marine pumps, valves, and structural components.
- Purple Copper Rods: High copper content with purple-red color, featuring superior electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and processing properties. Characterized by high purity, fine structure, low oxygen content, and excellent ductility for fine machining applications.
