Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Color coated steel plate uses cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as base materials. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, it undergoes continuous coating via roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling processes.
Features lightweight construction, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance. Can be directly processed and serves as a superior raw material for construction industry, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, and electrical industries. Effectively replaces wood while enabling efficient construction, energy saving, and pollution prevention.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Galvanized sheet refers to zinc-coated steel plate surface. Galvanizing provides an economical and effective rust prevention method, with approximately half of global zinc production used for this purpose.
Surface Requirements:
- Surface states vary based on coating process treatments: regular spangle, small spangle, big spangles, etc.
- Must have good appearance without defects affecting product use: no plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, white rust, etc.
Galvalume Steel Coil
Galvalume steel sheet consists of aluminum-zinc alloy structure composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C. The structure forms dense tetrad junction crystal of aluminized iron, silicon and zinc.
