Heat Treatment Assurance
Our fully automated natural gas furnace, measuring 24 meters in length, ensures precise temperature control with real temperature tolerance within 10ºC. For optimal performance, tempering temperature should be at least 50°C above intended service temperature. Please advise if service temperature exceeds 600°C.
Quality Assurance
- Each lot of raw materials undergoes spectrometer testing before storage
- 100% PMI (Positive Material Identification) of mother pipe to ensure correct material
- 100% PMI of finished pipe to verify correct grade production
