• Each lot of raw materials tested by spectrometer before storage

• 100% PMI testing of mother pipe to ensure correct material

• 100% PMI testing of finished pipe to ensure correct grade

Heat Treatment

Full-automatic natural gas furnace with 24-meter length providing precise temperature control within 10°C tolerance.

Recommended tempering temperature at least 50°C above intended service temperature. Specific heat treatment ranges provided for various grades including P5c (1325°F-1375°F / 715°C-745°C).
