Heat Treatment Assurance
Our facility utilizes a fully-automatic natural gas furnace measuring 24 meters in length, maintaining precise temperature control within 10ºC tolerance. For optimal performance, we recommend tempering temperatures at least 100°F [50°C] above intended service temperatures, particularly for applications exceeding 1100°F [600°C].

  • 100% Positive Material Identification (PMI) of mother pipe to verify correct material
  • 100% PMI of finished pipe to ensure proper grade specification
