Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil
Prepanited galvanized steel coil (PPGI, color plate) uses cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as base plates. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, it undergoes continuous coating via roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling. These coated steel plates offer lightweight construction, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance, suitable for direct processing in construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, and electrical industries.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Galvanized sheet features zinc-coated steel surface protection. Galvanizing represents an economical and effective rust prevention method, utilizing approximately half of the world's zinc production. Surface options include regular spangle, small spangle, and big spangles. All products maintain excellent appearance standards free from defects such as no plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, or white rust.
Galvalume Steel Coil
Galvalume steel sheet consists of an aluminized zinc alloy structure comprising 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600ºC. This creates a dense tetrad junction crystal structure with aluminized iron, silicon, and zinc components. Offering corrosion resistance three times greater than pure galvanized sheet, it features decorative zinc flower patterns ideal for building exterior panels. The material demonstrates excellent heat resistance, withstands temperatures exceeding 300 degrees Celsius, and finds applications in chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, and solar lampshades.
