Custom Processing Services
We offer multiple processing options to produce Inconel 600 plates to exact customer specifications, reducing material costs, production time, scrap, and internal handling. All stainless steel plate grades can be precision cut.
Surface Polishing
We can polish Inconel 600 plates, sheets, coils, and strips to #4, #6, #7, or #8 mirror finishes. Polishing available on one or both sides according to customer requirements.
Quality Assurance
Each plate, sheet, coil, and strip undergoes rigorous quality control. Test pieces are analyzed in our Metallurgical Laboratory using computerized certification systems. Chemical content is verified via optical emission spectrometry, while microstructure is examined for strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance. All scrap is separated by grade and recycled.
