Description
Stainless steel belt is a kind of ribbon material made of stainless steel, with excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance and mechanical properties, widely used in manufacturing, construction, chemical industry, food processing and other fields. Common stainless steel belt materials include 304, 316, 430 and so on.
Main parameter
Material:
- 301 stainless steel: containing 16% chromium and 6% nickel, this grade has a very good ductility and hardness processing range
- 304 stainless steel: containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel, corrosion resistance and good formability.
- 316 stainless steel: containing 16% chromium, 10% nickel and 2% molybdenum, corrosion resistance is stronger, especially suitable for Marine environment.
- 430 stainless steel: contains 17% chromium, slightly less corrosion resistance, but the cost is lower.
Thickness of Stainless Steel Strips
- Usually 0.03mm to 3.0mm, the specific thickness is customized according to demand.
Width:
- Common widths range from 10mm to 1000mm, and can also be customized according to requirements.
Surface treatment:
- 2B surface: After cold rolling, heat treatment, pickling, smooth surface.
