Application:
The main purpose of titanium plating on stainless steel (should be titanium nitride) is to change the appearance of stainless steel, so that it becomes a golden surface, more noble and gorgeous.
Due to the difference in chemical composition and their corrosion resistance is different, ordinary stainless steel is generally not resistant to chemical media corrosion, while acid-resistant steel is generally stainless. The term "stainless steel" does not simply refer to a stainless steel, but indicates that more than one hundred industrial stainless steel, each developed in its specific application has good performance.
Stainless steel refers to weakly corrosive media such as air, steam, water and acid, alkali, salt and other chemical leaching media corrosion of steel, also known as stainless acid-resistant steel. In practice, often will be resistant to weakly corrosive media corrosion of steel called stainless steel, and will be resistant to chemical media corrosion of steel called acid-resistant steel.
Due to the differences in the chemical composition of the two, the former is not necessarily resistant to chemical media corrosion, while the latter are generally stainless. The corrosion resistance of stainless steel depends on the alloying elements contained in the steel.

Titanium plating is in a high temperature, vacuum titanium furnace, titanium, zirconium metal. Weldability: The requirements of welding performance vary depending on the use of the product. A class of tableware on welding performance is generally not required, even including some of the pot companies. But the vast majority of products require good welding performance of raw materials, like second-class tableware, insulation cups, steel pipes, water heaters, drinking fountains, etc.
Corrosion resistance: the vast majority of stainless steel products require good corrosion resistance, like one or two types of tableware, kitchenware, water heaters, drinking fountains, etc. Some foreign businessmen on the product also do corrosion resistance test: with NACL aqueous solution heated to boiling, pour off the solution after a period of time, wash and dry, weigh the weight loss to determine the degree of corrosion.
