Product Overview
Grade 321/321H Stainless Steel Sheet UNS S32100 is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel designed for high-temperature service in the 1000-1600°F range. This grade offers excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion and polythionic acid stress corrosion cracking.
Key Features
- Optimal performance in 1000-1600°F temperature range
- Titanium stabilization prevents chromium carbide precipitation
- Excellent weldability using common methods including submerged arc
- Good machinability with rating of 45% relative to AISI B1112
- Resistance to intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion cracking
