Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Prepanited galvanized steel coil, also known as PPGI or color plate, uses cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as base materials. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, the coating is applied continuously using the roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling.
The coated steel plate offers light weight, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance. It can be directly processed and serves as a premium raw material for construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, electrical industries, and more. This product effectively replaces wood, enables efficient construction, and provides energy-saving and pollution-prevention benefits.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Galvanized sheet refers to zinc-coated steel plate surface. Galvanizing represents an economical and effective rust prevention method, with approximately half of the world's zinc production used for this process.
Surface Requirements:
- Surface State: Varies based on coating process treatment methods, including regular spangle, small spangle, big spangles, etc.
- Quality Standards: Galvanized sheet must have good appearance without defects affecting product use, such as no plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, or white rust.
Galvalume Steel Coil
Galvalume steel sheet consists of an aluminized zinc alloy structure composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600ºC. The complete structure forms a dense tetrad junction crystal of aluminized iron, silicon, and zinc.
- Corrosion Resistance: 3 times better than pure galvanized sheet
- Aesthetics: Beautiful zinc flower surface decoration suitable for building exterior panels
- Protection: Aluminum provides primary corrosion protection function
- Heat Resistance: Withstands temperatures over 300°C, similar to aluminum-plated steel plate high-temperature oxidation resistance
