Prepainteed Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Prepainteed galvanized steel coil, also known as PPGI or color plate, is manufactured using cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as base materials. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, the coating is applied using continuous roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling processes.
The coated steel plate offers lightweight construction, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance. It can be directly processed and serves as an innovative raw material for construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, and electrical industries, effectively replacing wood while enabling efficient construction, energy conservation, and pollution prevention.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Galvanized sheet refers to steel plate with zinc coating on the surface. Galvanizing is an economical and effective rust prevention method, with approximately half of the world's zinc production used for this process.
Surface Requirements:
- Surface state varies based on coating process: regular spangle, small spangle, big spangles, etc.
- Galvanized sheet must have good appearance without defects affecting product use
- Defects include no plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, white rust
Galvalume Steel Coil
Galvalume steel sheet is an alloy composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C. The structure consists of aluminized iron, silicon, and zinc, forming dense tetrad junction crystals.
- Excellent corrosion resistance - 3 times better than pure galvanized sheet
- Beautiful zinc flower surface decoration suitable for building exterior panels
- Aluminum provides primary protective function for corrosion resistance
- Good heat resistance - withstands temperatures above 300°C
- Applications include chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, and solar lampshades
