Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Color coated steel plates using cold rolled steel and galvanized steel as base plates. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, continuous coating is applied via roller coating method followed by baking and cooling processes.
These coated steel plates offer lightweight construction, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance. They can be directly processed and serve as innovative raw materials for construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, and electrical industries, effectively replacing wood while enabling efficient construction, energy savings, and pollution prevention.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Steel sheets with zinc-coated surfaces providing economical and effective rust prevention. Approximately half of global zinc production is utilized for this galvanization process.
Surface Requirements
- Surface states vary based on coating process methods: regular spangle, small spangle, big spangles, etc.
- Must have good appearance without defects affecting product use
- Free from plating defects, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, and white rust
Galvalume Steel Coil
Alloy composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C, forming a dense tetrad junction crystal structure of aluminized iron, silicon, and zinc.
- Excellent corrosion resistance - 3 times better than pure galvanized sheet
- Beautiful zinc flower surface decoration suitable for building exterior panels
- Aluminum provides primary protective function and corrosion resistance
- Superior heat resistance - withstands temperatures over 300°C
- Similar high-temperature oxidation resistance to aluminum-plated steel
- Common applications: chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, solar lampshades
