Product Applications

AR400: Premium abrasion resistant steel plates that are heat-treated and exhibit through-hardening. Improved forming and welding capabilities.
AR450: Abrasion resistant plate used in applications requiring slightly greater strength beyond AR400.
AR500: Suitable for mining, forestry and construction applications.
AR600: Utilized in high-wear areas such as aggregate removal, mining, and manufacture of buckets and wear bodies.

Abrasion Resistant (AR) steel plate is manufactured in the as-rolled condition, specifically developed for long service life in harsh industrial environments. These steel plate products are ideal for applications in mining, quarrying, conveyors, material handling, construction, and earthmoving operations.
