Heat Treatment Assurance
Our full-automatic natural gas furnace, 24 meters in length, maintains precise temperature control with real temperature tolerance within 10ºC. We follow recommended tempering procedures to ensure optimal performance for high-temperature applications.
Note: It is recommended that the temperature for tempering should be at least 100°F [50°C] above the intended service temperature. Please advise if service temperature exceeds 1100°F [600°C].
Quality Assurance
- Each lot of raw materials tested by spectrometer before storage
- 100% PMI testing of mother pipe to ensure correct material
- 100% PMI testing of finished pipe to verify correct grade
