Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Color coated steel plate uses cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as base plates. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, it undergoes continuous coating application via roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling.
Features light weight, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance. Can be directly processed and serves as a premium raw material for construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, electrical industries, and more. Effectively replaces wood while enabling efficient construction, energy conservation, and pollution prevention.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Galvanized sheet refers to steel plate with zinc coating on the surface. Galvanizing is an economical and effective rust prevention method, accounting for approximately half of global zinc production usage.
Surface Requirements:
- Surface state: Varies by coating process - regular spangle, small spangle, big spangles, etc.
- Appearance: Must have good appearance without defects affecting product use such as no plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, or white rust
Galvalume Steel Coil
Galvalume steel sheet is an alloy composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C. The structure forms a dense tetrad junction crystal of aluminized iron, silicon, and zinc.
Key advantages include excellent corrosion resistance (3 times better than pure galvanized sheet), attractive zinc flower surface decoration for building exterior panels, and good heat resistance capable of withstanding temperatures over 300°C. Commonly used in chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, and solar lampshades.
