Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)

Color coated steel plate manufactured using cold rolled steel and galvanized steel as base plates. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, the coating is applied using continuous roller coating method followed by baking and cooling.

Applications: Construction industry, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, electrical industry. Provides steel-for-wood substitution, efficient construction, energy saving, and pollution prevention benefits.

Galvanized Steel Coil

Surface zinc-coated steel plate providing economical and effective rust prevention. Approximately half of the world's zinc production is utilized in this galvanizing process.

Surface Requirements:

Surface states vary by coating process: regular spangle, small spangle, big spangles
Must have good appearance free from defects affecting product use
No plating holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, or white rust

Galvalume Steel Coil

Alloy composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C, forming dense tetrad junction crystal structure with aluminized iron, silicon, and zinc.

Excellent corrosion resistance - 3 times better than pure galvanized sheet
Beautiful zinc flower surface decoration for building exterior panels
Superior heat resistance - withstands temperatures over 300°C
Applications: Chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, solar lampshades
