Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Also known as color plate, these are manufactured using cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as base materials. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, the coating is applied using continuous roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling.

Galvanized Steel Coil

- Good appearance without defects affecting product use
- Free from plating defects, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, white rust
Galvalume Steel Coil
Galvalume steel sheet is an alloy composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C, forming a dense tetrad junction crystal structure.
- Superior corrosion resistance - 3 times that of pure galvanized sheet
- Attractive zinc flower surface decoration suitable for building exterior panels
- Excellent heat resistance - withstands temperatures over 300°C
- Applications: chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, solar lampshades
