Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Prepainted galvanized steel coil, also known as PPGI or color plate, is manufactured using cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as base materials. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, the coating is applied continuously using the roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling processes.
This coated steel plate offers lightweight construction, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance. It can be directly processed and serves as an innovative raw material for construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, electrical industries, and more. It effectively replaces wood, enables efficient construction, and provides energy-saving and pollution-prevention benefits.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Galvanized sheet refers to steel plate with a zinc-coated surface. Galvanizing represents an economical and effective rust prevention method, with approximately half of global zinc production used for this purpose.
Surface Requirements:
Surface states vary based on coating process treatments, including regular spangle, small spangle, and large spangle options. Galvanized sheets must maintain excellent appearance without defects affecting product usability, such as unplated areas, holes, cracks, scum, excessive plating thickness, abrasion, chromic acid stains, or white rust.

Galvalume Steel Coil
Galvalume steel sheet consists of an aluminized zinc alloy structure composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C. The complete structure forms a dense tetrad junction crystal of aluminized iron, silicon, and zinc.
This material offers superior corrosion resistance—three times that of pure galvanized sheet—with decorative zinc flower patterns suitable for building exterior panels. The corrosion protection primarily comes from aluminum's protective functionality.
Galvalume steel sheet demonstrates excellent heat resistance, withstanding temperatures exceeding 300°C, similar to aluminum-plated steel plate's high-temperature oxidation resistance. Common applications include chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, and solar lamp shades.
