Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Also known as color plate, PPGI is manufactured using cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as base materials. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, the coating is applied using continuous roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling processes.
Features lightweight construction, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance. Can be directly processed and serves as an innovative raw material for construction industry, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, electrical industry, and more. Effectively replaces wood while enabling efficient construction, energy conservation, and pollution prevention.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Steel sheet with zinc-coated surface for effective rust prevention. Galvanizing represents an economical and efficient corrosion protection method, accounting for approximately half of global zinc production usage.
Surface Requirements: Various surface states including regular spangle, small spangle, and big spangles depending on coating process. Products must exhibit good appearance without defects affecting usability such as no plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, or white rust.
Galvalume Steel Coil
Alloy composition of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C. Features dense tetrad junction crystal structure composed of aluminized iron, silicon, and zinc.
Offers excellent corrosion resistance (3 times better than pure galvanized sheet) with decorative zinc flower surface pattern suitable for building exterior panels. Aluminum component provides primary protective function. Excellent heat resistance withstands temperatures exceeding 300°C, similar to aluminum plated steel plate, making it ideal for chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, and solar lampshades.
