Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Also known as color plate, PPGI uses cold rolled steel and galvanized steel as base plates. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, it undergoes continuous coating via roller coating method followed by baking and cooling. These coated steel plates offer lightweight construction, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance, suitable for direct processing in construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, and electrical industries.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Galvanized sheet features zinc-coated steel surface, providing economical and effective rust prevention. Surface options include regular spangle, small spangle, and big spangles. All products maintain excellent appearance free from defects such as no plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, or white rust.
Galvalume Steel Coil
Galvalume steel sheet consists of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C, forming dense tetrad junction crystal. It offers superior corrosion resistance (3 times that of pure galvanized sheet), beautiful zinc flower surface decoration, and excellent heat resistance capable of withstanding temperatures over 300°C. Ideal for chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, and solar lampshades.
