Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)

Pre-painted galvanized steel coil, also known as PPGI or color plate, is manufactured using cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as base materials. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, the coating is applied continuously using the roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling processes.

The coated steel plate offers lightweight construction, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance. It can be directly processed and serves as an innovative raw material for construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, and electrical industries. This product effectively replaces wood with steel, enabling efficient construction while conserving energy and preventing pollution.

Galvanized Steel Coil

Galvanized sheet refers to zinc-coated steel plate surface. Galvanizing represents an economical and effective rust prevention method, with approximately half of global zinc production utilized for this process.

Surface Requirements:

Surface State: Varies based on coating treatment methods including regular spangle, small spangle, and large spangle patterns
Appearance: Must exhibit good appearance without defects harmful to product use such as no plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, or white rust

Galvalume Steel Coil

Galvalume steel sheet consists of an aluminized zinc alloy structure composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600ºC. The complete structure forms a dense tetrad junction crystal comprising aluminized iron, silicon, and zinc.

This product offers exceptional corrosion resistance - three times greater than pure galvanized sheet - and features decorative zinc flower patterns suitable for building exterior panels. The corrosion resistance primarily derives from aluminum's protective functionality.

Galvalume steel sheet demonstrates excellent heat resistance, withstanding temperatures exceeding 300 degrees Celsius. Its high-temperature oxidation resistance resembles aluminum-plated steel plate, making it ideal for chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, and solar lampshades.
