Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Prepanited galvanized steel coil, also known as PPGI or color plate, uses cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as base plates. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, it undergoes continuous coating via roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling. The coated steel plate offers light weight, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed. It serves as a new raw material for construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, electrical industries, effectively replacing wood with steel while enabling efficient construction, energy saving, and pollution prevention.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Galvanized sheet refers to zinc-coated steel plate surface. Galvanizing is an economical and effective rust prevention method, with approximately half of the world's zinc production used for this process.
Surface Requirements:
- Surface state varies based on coating treatment methods: regular spangle, small spangle, big spangles, etc.
- Galvanized sheet should have good appearance without harmful defects such as no plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, or white rust
Galvalume Steel Coil
Galvalume steel sheet is an alloy composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc and 2% silicon solidified at 600ºC, forming a dense tetrad junction crystal structure of aluminized iron, silicon and zinc.
- Excellent corrosion resistance - 3 times better than pure galvanized sheet
- Beautiful zinc flower surface decoration suitable for building exterior panels
- Aluminum provides primary protective function and corrosion resistance
- Good heat resistance - withstands temperatures over 300°C, similar to aluminum plated steel plate
- Commonly used in chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, and solar lampshades
