Product Overview
AISI 1045 steel round bar is a high carbon steel under American standards, classified as a quenching and tempering steel with high strength properties. This alloy steel is available in various forms including hot rolled round bars, square bars, cold-drawn bars, and forged bars.
AISI 1045 round bar is extensively used for manufacturing moving parts requiring high strength, such as air compressor and pump plungers, rolled shafts, connecting rods, endless screws, gear racks, and dowels for heavy machinery. The material is typically delivered in quenching and tempering or normalizing states. After high-frequency quenching or shot peening, AISI 1045 round bar can be utilized to produce wear-resistant components including crank axles, machine tool shafts, and transmission shafts.
Cold Roll Steel Round Bar/Rod 1045 is commonly employed for industrial, machine, and tool applications. As a widely used low carbon steel alloy, it offers excellent strength, ductility, and machining ease. 1045 stock is available in full size and custom cut lengths.

How to pay?
TT and L/C are acceptable, with TT preferred. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before loading by TT.

We provide installation instructions and videos. Technicians can be sent if necessary, with visa fees, air tickets, accommodation, and wages covered by buyers.
