Heat Treatment Assurance
Our facility utilizes a fully-automatic natural gas furnace measuring 24 meters in length, maintaining precise temperature control with real temperature tolerance within 10ºC.
Important Note: It is recommended that tempering temperature should be at least 100°F [50°C] above intended service temperature. Please advise if service temperature exceeds 1100°F [600°C].
Quality Assurance Process
- Each lot of raw materials tested by spectrometer before storage
- 100% PMI (Positive Material Identification) of mother pipe to ensure correct material
- 100% PMI of finished pipe to verify correct grade production
