SUS409L Stainless Steel Strip

AISI 409L stainless steel strip and SUH409L stainless steel coil for welding pipe applications. Cold rolled steel sheet in coil 409L stainless steel suitable for decoration and construction purposes.

Compared with ordinary carbon steel, stainless steel contains additional alloying elements such as Chromium (Cr), Nickel (Ni), Manganese (Mn), and Molybdenum (Mo), resulting in significantly different material characteristics. The corrosion resistance primarily depends on Chromium content, while Nickel ensures proper microstructure and mechanical properties.

No.4	Good gloss with fine surface lines. Processing: Polishing and tempering rolling of 2D or 2B products with 150-180 abrasive material.
HL	Silver-gray with hairline streaks. Processing: Polishing 2D or 2B products with suitable abrasive material for continuous grain appearance.
8K	Mirror finish state. Processing: Grinding and polishing 2D or 2B products to mirror effect with suitable abrasive material.
2B	Silvery white with better gloss and flatness than 2D surface. Processing: Hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling + quenching and tempering rolling.
BA	Excellent surface gloss with high reflectivity, similar to mirror surface. Processing: Hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling + surface polishing + quenched and tempered rolling.
1D	Matte surface with discontinuous particles. Processing: Hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling.
2D	Slightly shiny silvery white. Processing: Hot rolling + annealing shot peening pickling + cold rolling + annealing pickling.
No.3	Better gloss with rough surface. Processing: Polishing and tempering rolling of 2D or 2B products with 100-120 abrasive materials.
SB	Smooth surface with clear, delicate texture and high-grade appearance. Widely praised for kitchen appliance applications.
