Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with excellent strength and superior resistance to oxidation and carburization in high-temperature environments. These nickel steel alloys are similar, with alloy 800H featuring higher carbon content and alloy 800HT containing up to 1.20 percent aluminum and titanium. Incoloy 800HT ensures optimum high temperature properties through controlled titanium and aluminum levels (.85-1.20%). The nickel content provides exceptional resistance to chloride stress-corrosion cracking and sigma phase embrittlement.

Incoloy 800HT maintains excellent cold forming characteristics and can be welded using standard stainless steel techniques. It exhibits superior creep and stress rupture properties in solution annealed condition, making it suitable for temperatures above 1100°F where creep and rupture resistance is critical.
