Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Color coated steel plates manufactured using cold rolled steel and galvanized steel as base plates. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, the coating is applied using continuous roller coating method followed by baking and cooling.
These coated steel plates offer lightweight construction, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance. They serve as innovative raw materials for construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, and electrical industries, effectively replacing wood while enabling efficient construction, energy conservation, and pollution prevention.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Steel sheets with zinc-coated surfaces providing economical and effective rust prevention. Approximately half of global zinc production is utilized in this galvanizing process.
Surface specifications include various spangle types (regular, small, big) and require excellent appearance free from defects such as no plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive plating thickness, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, or white rust.
Galvalume Steel Coil
Alloy-coated steel composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C. The structure forms dense tetrad junction crystals of aluminized iron, silicon, and zinc.
Offers superior corrosion resistance (3 times better than pure galvanized sheet) with decorative zinc flower patterns suitable for building exterior panels. Excellent heat resistance withstands temperatures over 300°C, making it ideal for chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, and solar lampshades.
