Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Also known as color plate, PPGI uses cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as base plates. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, it undergoes continuous coating via roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling.

Galvanized Steel Coil

Surface Requirements:
- Surface states: Regular spangle, small spangle, big spangles, etc.
- Appearance: Must have good appearance without harmful defects
- Defect-free: No plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, or white rust
Galvalume Steel Coil
Alloy composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C, forming dense tetrad junction crystal structure.
- Superior corrosion resistance - 3 times better than pure galvanized sheet
- Beautiful zinc flower surface decoration for building exterior panels
- Excellent heat resistance - withstands temperatures over 300°C
