Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Also known as color plate, PPGI is manufactured using cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as base materials. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, the coating is applied using continuous roller coating method followed by baking and cooling processes.

Galvalume Steel Coil
Aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C. Features dense tetrad junction crystal structure for superior performance.
- Exceptional corrosion resistance - 3 times better than pure galvanized sheet
- Attractive zinc flower surface decoration suitable for building exterior panels
- Aluminum provides primary protective function
- Excellent heat resistance withstands temperatures over 300°C
- Common applications: chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, and solar lampshades
