Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil (PPGI)
Color coated steel plate manufactured using cold rolled steel and galvanized steel as base plates. After surface pretreatment including degreasing, cleaning, and chemical conversion treatment, the coating is applied continuously using the roller coating method, followed by baking and cooling processes.
Features lightweight construction, attractive appearance, and excellent anti-corrosion performance. Suitable for direct processing and serves as an innovative raw material for construction, shipbuilding, vehicle manufacturing, home appliances, and electrical industries. Effectively replaces wood while enabling efficient construction, energy conservation, and pollution prevention.
Galvanized Steel Coil
Steel sheet with zinc-coated surface for rust prevention. Galvanizing represents an economical and effective corrosion protection method, accounting for approximately half of global zinc production usage.
Surface Requirements:
- Surface State: Varies based on coating treatment methods including regular spangle, small spangle, and large spangle patterns
- Quality Standards: Must exhibit good appearance without defects affecting product usability such as unplated areas, holes, cracks, scum, excessive plating thickness, abrasion, chromic acid stains, or white rust
Galvalume Steel Coil
Aluminum-zinc alloy composition comprising 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 2% silicon solidified at 600°C. The structure forms a dense tetrad junction crystal composed of aluminized iron, silicon, and zinc.
- Corrosion Resistance: 3 times greater than pure galvanized sheet
- Appearance: Beautiful zinc flower pattern suitable for building exterior panels
- Heat Resistance: Withstands temperatures exceeding 300°C, similar to aluminum-plated steel plate high-temperature oxidation resistance
- Applications: Chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators, and solar lampshades
