20NCD2 is a hardenable chromium, molybdenum, nickel low alloy steel specifically designed for carburizing applications to develop case-hardened components. This case-hardening process delivers exceptional wear characteristics and surface durability.

Ideal for gears, shafts, bearings, and other critical components requiring a hard carburized case combined with a tough, durable core. Commonly used in transmission systems, tractor motors, and automotive applications.
