GCr15 Steel Round Bar - SAE52100 Bearing Steel
GCr15 steel round bars, also known as SAE52100 bearing steel, EN 100Cr6, and DIN 1.2067, are high-performance bearing steel materials manufactured according to GB/T 18254 standards. This bearing steel offers exceptional cost-effectiveness and is widely utilized across various industrial applications.

Primary Applications
GCr15 stainless steel round bars are engineered for demanding applications including internal combustion engine shafts, electromobile components, machine tool parts, tractor components, steel rolling machinery, sounding borers, railway vehicles, and mining equipment.
Product Specifications
We supply GCr15 hot rolled round bars with outer diameters ranging from 6mm to 80mm and forged round bars from 80mm to 1200mm. Forged square bars are available from 100mm to 1200mm. Standard tolerances include OD tolerance of 0-3mm and length tolerance of 0-20mm.
Manufacturing Process
Our GCr15 round bars undergo comprehensive production procedures: EAF arc furnace processing, LF purification affinage, VDF treatment, ingot steel formation (bottom gating/argon), forging, annealing, black polishing (turnery), GB/T6402-92 ΙΙ UT testing, and smooth edge sawing.
