Heat Treatment Process
  • Quenching: First heating 880°C; Second heating 780°C; Coolant: Oil
  • Tempering: Heating temperature 200°C; Coolant: Water, Air
  • Forging performance: Heating temperature 1200°C, Initial forging 1150°C, Final forging above 850°C with slow cooling
Delivery Conditions
Available in heat treatment states (Normalizing, Annealing, or High Temperature Tempering) or non-heat treated condition as required.
