Product Description
SA312/312M TP310/310S Stainless Steel Pipes and Tubes
Type 310 stainless steel features the highest chromium-nickel content among all grades with 25% chromium and 20% nickel. This alloy is renowned for its exceptional scaling and corrosion resistance, offering superior high-temperature physical properties. At extreme temperatures, its creep strength and resistance to brittling exceed all other austenitic grades. In the annealed state, it remains non-magnetic. Type 310 is a non-heat treatable alloy manufactured through the electric-furnace process, meeting the rigorous standards of the aircraft industry. Type 310S represents a low carbon version of Type 310, specifically designed for high-temperature applications.
