316Ti Stainless Steel Overview
316Ti stainless steel is the titanium-stabilized version of grade 316, containing approximately 0.5% titanium. This stabilization prevents carbide precipitation at grain boundaries when exposed to temperatures over 800°C, protecting the metal from corrosion while maintaining physical and mechanical properties similar to standard 316 grades.
