Product Description
Stainless steel checker plate, also known as stainless steel diamond plate, tread plate, or chequer plate, features patterns including lentil-shaped, diamond-shaped, round bean-shaped, dot-shaped, and oblate mixed shapes. The surface rib bar provides excellent non-slip properties.
Key Applications
Ideal for flooring, factory escalators, working platform pedals, ship decks, and vehicle flooring. The beautiful appearance combined with non-slip properties, enhanced strength, and steel efficiency makes it suitable for transportation, construction, decoration, equipment flooring, machinery, and shipbuilding applications.
Quality Standards
Pattern height must not be less than 0.2 times the substrate thickness. Complete patterns are required, with pattern height tolerance not exceeding half of the thickness tolerance. Minor local burrs are acceptable within quality standards.
Production Processes
Two primary production methods: hot rolled with NO.1 finish and cold press with NO.1 or 2B finish. Hot rolled processes typically result in higher cost compared to cold press methods.
