Product Overview
Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with excellent strength and superior resistance to oxidation and carburization in high-temperature environments. These nickel steel alloys are similar, with alloy 800H featuring higher carbon content and alloy 800HT containing up to 1.20% aluminum and titanium for enhanced high-temperature performance.
Incoloy 800HT is dual certified (800H/HT) and combines the properties of both forms, making it ideal for high-temperature structural applications. The nickel content provides exceptional resistance to chloride stress-corrosion cracking and prevents embrittlement from sigma phase precipitation.
