Hot Rolled ASTM A240 420 Stainless Steel Plate
Type 420 stainless steel (2Cr13) is a hardenable, martensitic stainless steel that combines superior wear resistance with excellent corrosion resistance. It features high strength, heat resistance, and good ductility, making it well-suited for highly stressed parts in various industrial applications.
Material Properties
Grade 420 stainless steel offers good corrosion resistance in mild atmospheres, steam, and mild chemical environments. This magnetic alloy maintains its properties in both annealed and hardened conditions, making it ideal for applications requiring durability and reliability.
