About GH4169 Alloy
GH4169 is a Ni-Cr-Fe based precipitation hardening deformation superalloy, long-term use temperature range -253°C ~ 650°C, short-term use temperature up to 800°C. The alloy has high strength below 650°C and has good fatigue, radiation, oxidation and corrosion resistance, as well as good processability, weldability and long-term structural stability. Suitable for the production of turbine discs, rings, blades, shafts, fasteners and elastic components, plate structural parts, casings, etc. in aviation, aerospace, nuclear energy and petrochemical industries. The main products are hot rolled and forged bars, cold drawn bars, plates and strips, wire materials, tubes, rings and forgings.
Alloy composition is divided into ordinary and high quality two categories, high quality GH4169 alloy carbon, niobium, sulfur and gas content control is more strict, mainly used to manufacture all kinds of rotating parts; The production process is divided into three categories: standard, high strength and direct aging, of which high strength and direct aging process is used for high-quality GH4169 alloy forgings, the hot deformation temperature is reduced in turn, the average grain size of the forgings is refined in turn, and the strength is increased in turn, which can meet the application requirements of different rotating parts in aero engines.
