Alloy Overview
Incoloy 800, 800H, and 800HT are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with excellent strength and superior resistance to oxidation and carburization in high-temperature environments. These nickel steel alloys are similar, with key differences in carbon content and aluminum-titanium levels. Incoloy 800HT features controlled carbon levels (.06-.10%) and optimized aluminum-titanium combinations (.85-1.20%) for enhanced high-temperature performance. The dual-certified 800H/HT alloy combines the properties of both forms, designed specifically for high-temperature structural applications.
