Product Overview
We supply a comprehensive range of hot-rolled duplex stainless steel plates in four key grades:
- 2205 (UNS S32205 / S31803, EN 1.4462) – Standard Duplex
- 2507 (UNS S32750, EN 1.4410) – Super Duplex
- S32550 (UNS S32550, EN 1.4501) – Super Duplex (Ferralium® 255 equivalent)
- S32101 (UNS S32101, EN 1.4162) – Lean Duplex
Available in thicknesses from 3.0 mm to 30.0 mm, these plates are ideal for demanding applications in oil & gas, chemical processing, marine engineering, desalination, and infrastructure, where high strength, corrosion resistance, and cost efficiency are critical.
All plates are hot-rolled, solution-annealed, and rapidly quenched to ensure optimal dual-phase microstructure (ferrite + austenite), maximizing mechanical performance and resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking (SCC).
