Product Overview

Abrasion Resistant (AR) steel plate is manufactured in the as-rolled condition specifically for long service life in harsh operating environments. These steel plate products are ideal for applications in mining, quarrying, conveyors, material handling, construction, and earthmoving equipment.

Designers and plant operators select AR plate steel to extend service life of critical components while reducing unit weight. The benefits of using wear-resistant plate steel in applications involving impact and sliding contact with abrasive materials are substantial.
