304 304L 316 316L 410 430 201 204 AISI Stainless Steel Wire
Stainless steel is a versatile material common to industrial uses such as lockwire and spring wire, and also used extensively in the medical field due to its ability to meet demanding applications at relatively low cost. Wire can be made as round or flat ribbon and finished in a variety of tempers.
Stainless steel wire conforming to NASM20995 (corrosion resistant steel) is inventoried in common sizes and offered on one to five pound spools. Medical grade stainless alloys are kept in stock for fabrication as bare or film coated wires made to customer specifications.

Available Sizes
Our standard stock range of wire diameters varies from 0.1mm up to 8.00mm diameter. For larger requirements, we also stock cut lengths and can supply up to 25mm diameter in coil form.
Tensile Strength Range
The wires are manufactured to suit our customers and industry standard applications. We supply very soft wires that are formable by hand with tensile strengths of approximately 500-600 N/mm², as well as high-strength wires with tensile strength above 1600 N/mm² for demanding applications.
Packaging Options
Our wire can be supplied in coils from 0.5 kgs up to 800 kgs in one complete coil, depending on diameter. Material can be supplied on carrier-less cores, formers, or spools. We can provide heat-treated pallets and export worldwide.
Coatings and Finishes
Wires can be supplied with various finishes and coatings as required, ranging from bright finishes to dull surfaces. We provide options suitable for electro-polishing or with extra lubricants and coatings to suit secondary processing requirements.
