Heat Treatment Assurance

Our facility utilizes a fully-automatic natural gas furnace measuring 24 meters in length, ensuring precise temperature control with real temperature tolerance within 10ºC.

Note: It is recommended that the temperature for tempering should be at least 100°F [50°C] above the intended service temperature. Please advise if service temperature exceeds 1100°F [600°C].

Quality Assurance

Each lot of raw materials undergoes spectrometer testing before storage
100% PMI (Positive Material Identification) of mother pipe to ensure correct material
100% PMI of finished pipe to verify correct grade production
